• Precision Tuning: Full gear, brake, and headset tension adjustments
• Wheel & Tyre Care: Spot wheel truing, wheel preload adjustment, and tyre pressure check
• Clean & Lubricate: Professional lubrication of the chain and moving components
• Basic Part Fitting: Includes labour for basic parts (tubes, chains, cassettes, inner gear cables); bar tape and extra parts are quoted separately.

• Includes all standard mechanical service items
• Bottom bracket bearings inspected, cleaned, and protected with barrier grease
• Internal drivetrain parts removed and deep-cleaned using ultrasonic tanks
• Rear derailleur pulley wheels lubricated and cleared with high-pressure air
• Brake rotors and pads ultrasonically degreased, with rotors heat-treated for optimal bite
• Frame and components detailed thoroughly with wheels and brake pads removed
• Wheel bearings hand-checked for smoothness, with optional hub grease service for $15
• High-pressure air detailing to blast grit and moisture from tight spaces
• Finished with a professional frame polish and protective shine

• Full front and rear hydraulic brake bleed with fresh fluid replacement
• Complete bottom bracket removal, shell cleanup, and reinstallation with high-grade waterproof grease
• Headset overhaul with fresh barrier grease application
• Note: Internal cable-routing bearing replacements requiring brake line removal incur extra labour and fluid costs

• gear adjust $40: Installation of new internal inner gear cable $20 extra plus cable)

• brake adjust $15-$40: Should the brake mount surface require facing an additional fee will be applied dependant on the degree of difficulty.

• bottom bracket overhaul $45-$65

• headset overhaul $40-$120: if you require a headset overhaul on a modern disc brake bike whereby the brake cables pass through the headset system , this will attract the higher end of the price range

• creak find $40-$90: we pride ourselves on being able to quickly identify where a creak is coming from and address it at the lower end of the price range, however from time to time a bike presents multiple areas of noise and may result in numerous test rides and various areas of the bike being attended to

• fit tube and tyre / tubeless setup $15-$60

• Hub overhaul front $35 rear $50: We have most bearings in stock ready to go should the bearings require replacement. Bearings not included in price

• wheel true $30-$90: the labour component can vary vastly on a wheel true as many modern race wheels are tubeless and have internal nipple adjustment requiring the removal of tyres, sealant and rim tape and the reinstallation of those items)

• brake bleed per side $35-$45

• Remove old bar tape and wrap new tape $30: Discount of $10 applied if the old tape is already removed.
