Basic Service $99
If you don’t need your bike cleaned, but need an expert to do all the adjustments and checks.

• gear adjustment

• brake adjustment

• wear check on all components

•  bolt tension check to ensure safety 

• headset tension adjustment

• lubrication of chain and components requiring lubrication

• tyre pressure check

• includes labour to fit basic parts such as tube, chain, cassette, inner gear cable, bar tape fit not included.

• preload adjustment to wheels

• wheels in bike spot true

• all parts required are an extra price and if a substantial part is required we will quote prior to fitting.

Standard Service $ 149
The bike needs a wash and a routine check up and you’re looking for that smooth feeling again

• all the basic service items are included

• Most bike components are removed degreased thoroughly with Ultrasonic cleaners

• bike gets a thorough clean with wheels and disc brake pads removed. 

• high pressure air use to remove sand/dirt and moisture in hard to reach places

Intermediate service $ 279
This one attends to that dreaded bottom bracket, though be aware it’s not always the BB making that creeky noise.

• includes everything in the basic and standard service

• Brake bleed to front and rear brake with full fluid replacement.

• Bottom bracket removal with full clean out of the area and reinstallation using the highest quality water repellent grease

• Clean out headset and reapply fresh barrier grease. (in the event the bearings require replacement and the brake hoses are passing through the bearing, additional labour will be applied as the bike may require new brake hoses and will require 2 brake bleed procedures)

Full Service $ 359

We know how important fast wheels are so this one gets the wheels hubs pulled apart and cleaned out preventing bearing failure and internal rust build up.

• includes everything performed in the Basic, Standard and intermediate service.

• wheel hub overhaul front and rear(bearings not included)

• Remove seat post and clean out seat camp and down tube , reinstall with fibre grip if necessary.

As bikes and components have evolved we need to quote a price range so we can be fair to consumers who need a little and charge accordingly where the bike or component has a higher degree of work required.

• gear adjust $40 (installation of new inner gear cable is extra)

• brake adjust $15-$40

• bottom bracket overhaul $45-$65

• headset overhaul $40-$120 if you require a headset overhaul on a modern disc brake bike whereby the brake cables pass through the headset system , this will attract the higher end of the price range

• creek find $40-$90 we pride ourselves on being able to quickly identify where a creek is coming from and address it at the lower end of the price range, however from time to time a bike presents multiple areas of noise and may result in numerous test rides and various areas of the bike being attended to

• fit tube and tyre / tubeless setup $15-$60

• Hub overhaul front $35 rear $45 We have most bearings in stock ready to go should the bearings require replacement. Bearings not included in price

• wheel true $30-$90 the labour component can vary vastly on a wheel true as many modern race wheels are tubeless and have internal adjustment requiring the removal of tyres, sealant and rim tape and the reinstallation of those items)

• brake bleed per side $25-$40

• Remove old bar tape and wrap new tape $30 Discount of $10 applied if the old tape is already removed.

• fit chain $15

• fit cassette $15

• cut steerer tube $20-$40

• Software update $40

Passionate builds $250-300 (if the old gear set requires removal this will attract extra labour charge)
